TIPR Reports are automatically generated for fleet customers who are already enabled for SpeedGauge. How the report is accessed depends on whether the fleet customer has login access to their SpeedGauge account.

For SpeedGauge Partners

Customers with SpeedGauge login access
Fleet customers who subscribe to SpeedGauge Safety Center have login access to their SpeedGauge account and can view and download TIPR Reports directly from their Report Archive. *They can follow the instructions below. 

Customers without SpeedGauge login access
Some fleet customers are enabled for SpeedGauge data services but do not have login access. This may include customers for whom a partner uses SpeedGauge as a posted speed service provider or for customers who are enabled for insurance data services. In these cases, the customer cannot access the TIPR Reports directly, but the SpeedGauge partner can access the reports on the customer’s behalf.

Follow the steps below to locate, view, or download a fleet customer’s TIPR Reports.

Step 1 – Log In to SpeedGauge

Step 2 – Select the Fleet Customer

  • From your SpeedGauge account, click the customer name for the fleet whose TIPR Report you want to access. 

Step 3 – Select the Vehicle Group

  • Scroll to the bottom of the customer’s dashboard and locate the Vehicle Group List.
  • Click All Vehicles if you want to access the TIPR Report for the customer’s entire fleet. If you need a report for a different vehicle group, select the appropriate group. 

Step 4 – Locate the TIPR Report

  • Find TIPR in the Report Type column.
  • Locate the report date you want. TIPR Reports are generated monthly. 
  • Select View to open the report or Download to save a copy. 

You can now review the TIPR Report with your fleet customer or provide them with a copy.

For Fleet Customers – Access Your TIPR Reports

Step 1 – Log In to SpeedGauge

Step 2 – Select the Vehicle Group

  • Scroll to the bottom of your dashboard and locate the Vehicle Group List.
  • Click All Vehicles if you want to access the TIPR Report for your entire fleet. If you need a report for a different vehicle group, select the appropriate group. 

Step 3 – Locate the TIPR Report

  • Scroll to the bottom of your Report Archive page and locate Your SpeedGauge Reports list.
  • Find TIPR in the Report Type column.
  • Locate the report date you want. TIPR Reports are generated monthly. 
  • Select View to open the report or Download to save a copy. 

Once downloaded, you can save the TIPR Report for your records or share a copy with others who support your fleet, including your insurance agent.
